Cozy Practices for Winter Self-Care

During the winter, it’s natural to want to stay inside and stay cozy warm. Winter is the perfect time to create some at-home self-care practices to replenish your body and soul so you can thrive in the energy of spring.

Here are some of our favourite ways to add cozy self-care to your routine this winter:

  • create a winter sanctuary in your home (cozy pillows, blankets, candles, tea, etc)

  • enjoy a warm show with some eucalptus leaves hanging from the shower head or a long bath with epsom salts and lavender

  • wear the fuzziest, warmest socks you can find

  • play relaxing card or board games with friends and family

  • enjoy a slow-moving yoga session to warm up your muscles

  • move your favourite reading chair into the sunniest part of your home

  • make a cozy bed fort with your kids and watch movies late into the evening
