Please select one of our clinics below to book an appointment for a time and place that works for you.

Our system will not display dates that have no available appointments.

Only massage therapy and counselling (for Carol, Danielle, Jewel and Katrina) are available for online booking. Please call reception to book any of our other services.

Please read the date and location on your confirmation email carefully after booking your appointment.

Appointments must be booked under the name and profile of the client.

  • Your appointment time is time that is set aside just for you. Missed appointments and late cancellations affect both your therapist and those who could have used your appointment time for their own care. To help ensure that your therapist’s time and commitment to you is respected, we do charge late cancellation and missed appointment fees.

    Missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled within 1 business day of the scheduled appointment time will be charged to you at 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

    These charges are not eligible for reimbursement through private insurance.

    Massage Therapy appointments longer than 60 minutes.

    Psychology services with Dr. Margaret Penfold or Dr. Heather Simister.

    Counselling services with Kristin Kebernik.
