Katya Bilokon RMT
Katya is an RMT graduate of Evolve Collage of Massage Therapy. She is trained in different aspects of massage therapy including Swedish/relaxation massage, therapeutic/deep tissue massage, myofascial release techniques, sports massage, joint mobilization, and remedial exercise. She is fascinated with how the human body works - its complexity, uniqueness and empowering ability to heal. Katya loves to help her clients improve their overall health and work collaboratively to achieve their health goals. She does her best to customize each session to address clients unique needs, whether it’s simply relaxation or pain management.
Katya strongly believes that massage is a great tool to help soothe stress and the over stimulation we experience in our lives.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, hiking, travelling, and reconnecting with nature.
Susan French RMT
MASTER THERAPIST
Susan has been practicing remedial massage therapy since 2010, and has extra training and experience working with pre and post natal women. She brings a therapeutic approach to her treatments, using orthopedic assessments to target areas of dysfunction, and combining deep tissue and relaxation techniques for best results for her clients.
Susan understands the importance of building compassionate relationships with her clients, and the importance of educating them on their wellness goals. She is also an instructor for the first year students of massage therapy at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy, and really enjoys educating future students in the field.
Darcy Harpe-Lesperance RMT (he/him)
SENIOR THERAPIST
Darcy graduated as an RMT from Grant McEwan College (Edmonton, AB) in 2002. Over the past twenty years, he has worked with a wide range of clients from athletes to seniors, expectant moms to office workers and everyone in between. Darcy has treated an even wider range of challenges from minor aches and stiffness to chronic pain, from postural imbalances to movement dysfunction.
He has a deep understanding of the body developed through 15 years of teaching Iyengar yoga. Using deep tissue techniques when (so often) necessary, he is determined to send everyone home feeling lighter, lengthened, and more relaxed - often with a stretch or exercise or two for good measure.
Jen Funk RMT

Jen graduated from Wellington College in 2008, and brings her years of experience and compassion to her practice at the Wolseley Wellness Centre. Jen specializes in deep tissue massage, working always to get to the root of any issue, and loves to see improvements in your overall health and well being.

Carleen graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2013 with distinctions. Her goal is to help people relieve pain and live healthier lives through the use of massage therapy. She has additional training for treating ribs as well as the jaw (Temporal Mandibular Joint or TMJ) to help those who clench or grind their teeth, suffer from neck pain or headaches. Book a massage with Carleen if you want reduced muscle and joint pain, improved movement and circulation, while relaxing and relieving stress.
Brandi Martens RMT (she/her)

Brandi has been a practicing RMT for over 15 years, and she still loves what she does!
Brandi is continually adding new knowledge and skills to her massage practice to achieve results for clients that reduce tension and pain and increase their ability to relax. She weaves new and old techniques into a relaxation-style Swedish Massage that tends toward deep tissue and fascial release.
In addition to facilitating relaxation, Brandi aids clients in identifying and addressing the sources of their tension, pain, or injury—be it due to health-related issues, problematic ergonomics at work, or the aftermath of one too many marathons.
Brandi strongly believes in inclusivity and body positivity. Her practice focuses on empowering her clients to take charge of their health and well-being without judgement or pressure.
In her spare time, Brandi loves to cook, sew and thrift. She is also a breast-cancer survivor who loves dogs.
Randi Nowicki RMT, CIMI (she/her)
MASTER THERAPIST
Randi graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2012 and has taken additional training in hot stone massage and aromatherapy, reflexology, pregnancy massage and neuro-proprioceptive tape application. She believes balance is essential in life and in her practice, and treats physical health and mental wellness hand-in-hand using various techniques to provide a unique and effective treatment adapted for each individual.
Through her years of practice, Randi has developed a passion for supporting families during pregnancy, postpartum recovery and especially infant care. In 2018 she became a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and now offers private sessions as well as group classes. While she strongly believes that infant massage is most beneficial when performed by parents, she also offers therapeutic massage treatments for infants with muscular conditions and injuries, and provides guidance for parents to continue care at home.
Evelyn Paiuk rMT

Evelyn graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2010 and has since taken specialized training in lymphatic drainage, oncology massage, and reflexology. Evelyn most thoroughly enjoys being able to offer relaxation massage, taking great care to focus on mindfulness and flow to assist her clients in achieving as much stillness of mind as possible. She believes that a calm mind allows the body to release what it needs to release. Evelyn also enjoys deep tissue work, and takes interest in working with fascia through compression and stretch. She often finds her style to be a combination of these two approaches.
krystofer penner rmt (He/him)

Krystofer is a graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy. Krystofer is interested in deep tissue massage along with using exercise and stretching to achieve change. An avid cyclist and runner, Krystofer knows what it’s like to deal with postural issues and injuries. As a result Krystofer takes a keen interest in helping clients not only feel better, but teaching them to facilitate their own healing.

Erin is a graduate of Wellington College of Massage Therapy in Winnipeg. Erin enjoys working with women who are pregnant and has further experience providing pre- and post-natal care. She likes to educate her clients, helping them to be active participants in their own healing process. She also enjoys working with children and athletes.
Colten Pratt RMT (He/Him)
Colten is a graduate from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. He likes to approach massage treatments with a thorough assessment. He focuses on a musculoskeletal treatment plan to improve pain, rehabilitate injuries and improve the day to day function of our bodies.
MEAGAN ROE RMT (they/them)
Meagan is a graduate of Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy located in Winnipeg. They believe strongly in the link between physical and mental wellbeing and has a passion for working with clients dealing with stress and anxiety. Meagan is well versed in therapeutic massage and has studied TMJ treatments, deep tissue massage, and hydrotherapy. Working with clients to find the best treatment plan for them is one of their favourite things to do. Meagan loves working with clients of all ages.
lyris short-goetzke rmt, CMLDT (She/her)

Lyris believes that a therapist must listen with her ears and her hands in order to give effective treatments. She also believes that therapeutic massage includes relaxation so that the body can accept changes, and relaxation massage is therapeutic in today’s busy lifestyles. Clients say that Lyris has a knack for finding the right spots with her intuitive approach. Lyris began practicing Massage Therapy in 2007 when she graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba.
Lyris is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist and has taken training with both Klose Training and the Chikly Health Institute. She sees clients seeking treatment for post-traumatic injury, pre-surgical preparation and post-surgical therapy, autoimmune disorders such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis (not during flareups), migraines, sinus issues, and some neurological conditions. Lyris can treat people who are at risk for lymphedema or who experience mild swelling with their lymphedema, and people experiencing cancer who have been cleared for treatment by their oncologist.
She also specializes in relaxation massage and pregnancy massage. In addition to practicing massage therapy, Lyris is an active parent with two children.
Sarah Storey RMT

Sarah is a proud and grateful graduate of the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now known as Evolve College of Massage Therapy). She has been practicing massage therapy since 2013.
Sarah prioritizes deep relaxation into her therapeutic and remedial massage treatments. She believes that a more conscious awareness is the key to understanding exactly what your body is trying to tell you.
Sarah’s special interests include neck pain, frozen shoulder, and sciatic nerve pain. She is additionally certified to practice myofascial cupping, craniosacral therapy, and dermo-neuro modulation. Her background includes energy healing, and guided meditation.
Heidi Wiebe RMT
SENIOR THERAPIST
Heidi graduated from Robertson College in June 2017. Her main goals are to help clients manage their pain through massage therapy, increase circulation, promote relaxation, and facilitate their own healing through remedial exercises.
Based on clients’ feedback, Heidi has a knack and great sense of touch when it comes to finding “knots” which are addressed through trigger point therapy. She provides both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Heidi believes it is most beneficial to begin her treatments with lighter pressure, as it is essential to warming up the muscle tissue first, gradually increasing the pressure as the tissue allows for it. Heidi also enjoys working with children.

Holly is a graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy (formerly the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba). She believes that it is important to treat the person as a whole, and that the calm, supportive, and safe treatment environment of her treatment room is conducive to better health outcomes for both mind and body. She looks forward to building trusting relationships with her clients, inviting them to be active participants in their own health and well-being.
Kiara Belanger RMT (She/her)
Kiara is a graduate from Evolve College of Massage Therapy class of 2024. Kiara's empathetic nature has led her down the path of massage, inspired to help others achieve their own personal goals within their bodies.
Through her studies, Kiara has learned that the mind-body connection is very powerful and can do incredible things when the two work in harmony. Kiara is committed to helping individuals find balance, relief, and rejuvenation through massage.
Kiara has learned Swedish massage, along with deep tissue and fascial techniques which can help restore balance to the tissue. Her goal is to empower and educate her clients so that they can leave each session feeling physically and mentally restored.
tom butler RMT (he/him)
Tom graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2023, and has recently finished his degree in Athletic Therapy at the University of Winnipeg in 2024. By blending these two educational backgrounds, Tom addresses the needs of his patients, and the root causes of their symptoms through assessment, treatment, and communication.
In his sessions, Tom combines a range of techniques, integrating soothing Swedish massage with myofascial and deep tissue massage to deliver the most optimal treatment. He engages with all individuals to devise safe and impactful care that sustainably restores balance to the body.
Natashia Durand RMT (she/her)
Natashia is a graduate of the Evolve College of Massage Therapy. She believes that massage therapy is important for an individual’s overall wellness, and also a necessary part of ones complete healthcare. She is trained in Swedish massage, relaxation, myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, sports massage, trigger point release, structural, and remedial exercise. This versatility allows Natashia to address the variety of needs a client may present.
Some examples include: stress relief, muscle soreness, reduced range of motion, injury or surgery rehabilitation, headaches, and postural dysfunctions. Working together with the client, Natashia will develop an appropriate treatment plan to help remediate the client's concern effectively and efficiently, while also providing education to empower the client to have an active role in their recovery. Natashia hopes to pursue training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Joanna Dyck RMT, CLT
MASTER THERAPIST
In practice since 2011, Joanna is a graduate of Wellington College of Massage Therapy in Winnipeg, and has completed her Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) training at The Academy of Lymphatic Studies which included certification in Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques, and has completed her Lymphatic Drainage Therapy training with the Chikly Health Institute.
Joanna’s practice focuses on supporting clients who are affected by cancer, diagnosed with lymphoedema, living with lipoedema, or other chronic conditions. Joanna also provides pre- and post-surgical treatment, and acute injury care.
Julia Huard RMT (She/Her)
SENIOR THERAPIST
Julia is a graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy and was drawn to the profession with a keen interest in the relationship between mind and body. Using Myofascial Release techniques combined with Swedish Massage and assisted stretching, Julia’s intention is to work collaboratively with clients in alleviating pain and discomfort while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
Julia’s academic and professional experience involves working in community health through a feminist, harm reduction lens and she continues to promote health and well-being that is inclusive and non-judgemental. Her main goal is to provide a safe and trauma-informed space for all. In her off-time, Julia enjoys cycling, travelling, road trips, and camping.
Jenn Marr (She/They)
Jenn is a graduate from Evolve College of Massage Therapy class of 2023. Throughout her school career she has enjoyed learning different styles of treatment, as well as techniques in (but not limited to) relaxation, joint mobilization, trigger point reduction and deep tissue. Jenn found that throughout school she was most excited to practice and learn all things myofascial related.
Jenn’s intention in treatment is to hold space for their clients, provide education and perspective surrounding the connection between mental and physical health, while creating an atmosphere that feels supportive and safe. In the last ten years, Jenn has already attained certification in teaching different styles of yoga, as well as Thai Yoga Massage.
One of the many reasons Jenn was drawn to massage therapy, is the constant encouragement within the field to continue learning new skills and keep up with current research. They look forward to one day becoming certified in cupping and craniosacral therapy as well as deepening their knowledge in myofascial and TMJ treatments.
In Jenn’s spare time, she lives a fairly introverted life. She loves her quiet time with her cats (Ptoot & Mochi) and spending time with her loved ones. Now that Jenn is no longer a student, she is looking forward to getting back into her yoga practice. She also collects cute stickers, regularly fantasizes about trips to Italy, loves pistachios and mint tea.
STEPHANIE MAXWELL RMT, CYT

Stephanie Maxwell is a Registered Massage Therapist, a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, a Massage Therapy Educator and a Pre and Postnatal Movement Specialist.
Her practice focuses on supporting individuals and families through the transitory journey of pregnancy and postpartum parenthood.
Stephanie completed her Massage Therapy Diploma at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario in 2014, where she subsequently held a faculty position as Massage Therapy Instructor and Clinical Supervisor for four years. She has worked extensively with pre and postnatal birth parents, supporting them through their pregnancies and into their postpartum life. She loves to help people find the joys and the ease of movement in their bodies and in their lives, and to support them through the transitory journey of parenthood.

Melysa L Nelson RMT (she/her)
MASTER THERAPIST
Melysa graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now Evolve College) in 2012 and is a passionate advocate for the progression of massage therapy. She is active with the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba, and currently sits on the Marketing & Communication Committee.
It is her belief that all bodies deserve to feel the benefits of massage therapy, with inclusivity & neutrality. Over her career she has worked with a variety of patients, and the main focus of her practice is on treating the upper body, specifically the head, neck & face. She provides a special focus in nervous system regulation, and massage therapy as a support of the symptoms of mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression.
She was a recipient of the MTAM Heather Whittaker Memorial Award in 2022, which is given to an RMT who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to ongoing learning and professional development through their Continuing Education. Some of these include - TMJD treatment, Indian Head Massage, Myofasical Cupping, Advanced Cupping for the Head, Neck & Face, Trauma Informed Massage, Gua Sha, and Usui Reiki level II. She is completing her Reflexology training and hopes to be providing Auricular treatments soon!
Patients that will be best served by this RMT are those looking to receive treatment and support for injuries and conditions such as whiplash, concussion, headaches, migraines, reduce muscular tension in the upper body, for stress reduction and management, or who are simply looking to unwind.. Iku Nitta RMT (She/her)
Iku (E-ku) is an RMT graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy. Before moving to Canada from Japan, Iku trained in Japanese Shiatsu massage (acupressure points therapy), Reflexology, Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), Gua-Sha facial and scalp massage. Massage has been her passion since her childhood learning Shiatsu from her parents.
Iku believes that it is important to tailor treatment to the client, combining a variety of techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial release, Functional Release Techniques, Cupping, Instrument Assisted Massage and Shiatsu. Iku loves to listen to what the body is telling her through her hands and heart, and being a part of client’s health care journey is her greatest joy. Iku is a Registered Reflexologist with The Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) since 2021 and offers foot Reflexology as well. In her free time, Iku loves to be active in nature through hiking, skiing, and swimming.

Shalynn van Solkema rmt (She/Her)
Shalynn van Solkema is a graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy, where she was honoured to be the recipient of the award for highest academic achievement, as well a scholarship for “Excellence in Massage Therapy”. She was drawn to practice massage therapy by a deep respect for the wisdom of body, and the belief that families and communities can promote healing for ourselves and each other through caring.
She has experience in birth support and community health, and her work and study are informed by a feminist, client-centred model of care. She believes that comfort, communication and safety are the foundation of any massage treatment.
A massage with Shalynn may incorporate elements of Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, functional release and assisted stretching techniques. She is also a certified Level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner.
