COVID19 Update

Dear clients and patients of Wolseley Wellness,

Wolseley Wellness has always been committed to supporting the health and wellness of our community.  We remain committed to this goal.

We would simply like to remind you of the protocols that we have in place to support community wellness:

  • The hygiene practices that we have in place are those that have been recommended by our various professional associations, and we remain confident that our common areas and individual treatment spaces are maintained according to professional hygiene standards.

  • We would also like to remind all clients and patients that fees for late-cancellations and missed appointments are always waived in case of illness.  We encourage you to continue to access our wellness services to help keep yourself in good physical and mental health, and to book appointments for yourself and your loved ones without fear of financial penalty in case of unexpected illness.

  • We have asked our staff and practitioners to take appropriate precautions, and to remain away from the clinic if they are experiencing health concerns.  If we need to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments due to staff illness, please rest assured that this is out of an abundance of caution and is intended to help ensure the health and wellbeing of all the staff, clients, and patients in our community. 

We respectfully request that everyone, staff, clients, and patients, follow basic hygiene practices when in the clinic:

  • Wash hands with soap and water;

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth;

  • Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your inner elbow as required;

  • Make use of available hand sanitizer;

  • Remain at home if you are experiencing symptoms of communicable illness.
