FAQ

  • You can read about each service in more detail under the “Services” menu at the top of this page. Each services page will also have a link to a service-specific FAQ.

  • Many private insurance plans cover the services we provide at Wolseley Wellness. Depending on the exact service in question, and on the details of your plan, we may even be able to bill your insurance provider directly.

While it is always best to consult your insurance provider with specific questions, please feel free to contact our helpful staff with any inquiries about private insurance.

  • Some third party insurance providers are set up to allow us to direct bill on your behalf. At this time we are able to direct bill only for massage therapy services.

We understand that submitting to insurance yourself can be a hassle. It is just one more thing to add to your list and sometimes it just isn’t possible to wait for reimbursement. If you don't see your insurance company listed below, or are visiting our clinic for other services, we are always happy to provide a detailed invoice either printed or emailed.

While we are happy to attempt to submit the claim on your behalf, it is, however, always your responsibility to be aware of the limits of your plan, including coverage percentage, reasonable and customary amount limits, yearly maximums, deductibles, and prescription requirements. We work to make things as easy as possible, but these are details we are unable to manage on your behalf.

  • Please note: we are waiving all cancellation fees due to illness at this time. If you are feeling sick, please, stay home, stay safe.

Your appointment time is time that is set aside just for you. Missed appointments and late cancellations affect both your therapist and those who could have used your appointment time for their own care. To help ensure that your therapist’s time and commitment to you is respected, we do charge late cancellation and missed appointment fees.

Missed appointments and appointments that are cancelled within 1 business day of the scheduled appointment time will be charged to you at 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

Appointments that are cancelled within 2 business days of the scheduled appointment time will be charged to you at 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.

These charges are not eligible for reimbursement through private insurance.

  • Please call our front desk as soon as you know that you may need to change your appointment time. They will be happy to assist you in finding an alternate appointment.

You can also change your massage or counselling appointment through our online portal, if you have an account set up. If you need assistance setting up or accessing your online account, please call our front desk.

  • Yes, we are happy to provide wellness services to people of all ages. Our practitioners will ensure that all treatments are safe and effective for everyone, regardless of age.

Please note that a parent/guardian must be in attendance during massage therapy appointments for individuals 15 years and younger.

Parental/guardian consent must be provided in person for initial massage therapy appointments for individuals aged 16 or 17 years old. Treatment for these individuals may take place without the parent/guardian in the room provided therapist, parent/guardian, and client all consent.

Different guidelines apply to counselling services. Please visit our Counselling or Psychology page for counsellor specific information.

Finally, while you are welcome to bring children along with you for your own appointments, please be aware that clinic staff cannot provide supervision, and the children must accompany you into your treatment space.
